How To Verify Your Account

Before we deliver your Kyte rental, we need to verify your account.

Please submit your verification requirements at least 2 hours before your scheduled trip to avoid any delays.

Verification Requirements

Make sure you meet all our rental requirements to ensure a successful verification. You can review the requirements here: Verification Requirements for Renting.

How to Verify Your Account

  1. Open the Kyte App: Launch the app and sign in.

  2. Go to "Trips": Tap on your upcoming trip.

  3. Tap "Add your ID": This will be a green bar at the top of your trip details.

  4. Select Your Country: Choose the country that issued your driver's license.

  5. Enable camera access: Tap "Enable camera" to allow the app to take photos

  6. Take Photos:

    • Front of License: Take a clear photo of the front of your driver's license.

    • Back of License: Take a clear photo of the back of your driver's license.

    • Selfie: Take a live selfie (a photo of yourself).

After Submitting Your Documents

  • Check your verification status: You can find the status of your verification on your upcoming trip's details page in the Kyte app.

  • Processing time: Verification can take up to a couple of days, but upcoming trips are prioritized.

  • Confirmation: You'll receive a message via the app or SMS once your account is verified.
