1. Meet us at Daly City Station
Our driver will meet you at the curb of the Daly City station, 500 John Daly Boulevard, Daly City. You can track their location using the Kyte app (download here). You'll need to take a 15-20-minute train ride (public transit fees apply). This saves time and avoids the airport rental counters.
2. Schedule your pickup for at least 60 minutes after landing
If you land at 3:30, schedule your pickup for 4:30. For international flights and/or checked baggage, allow a total buffer of 90-120 minutes.
3. Full meeting instructions & booking edits
Please check your email or the Kyte app for detailed handover instructions after booking.
If you are late for your delivery, please make sure to update your booking or contact Kyte. Your Surfer will wait for you up to 10 minutes past your scheduled handover time.

The handover location is the white-painted curb across the street from the BART entrance/exit. You can click on the photos for a larger version.
Delivery & Return Tips
Note that you have to be present for an in-person handover of the car for both delivery and return. For delivery, we suggest giving yourself at least 1 hour between your flight arrival time and your Kyte delivery time.
For your return, we suggest giving yourself 3 hours between your Kyte return time and your flight departure time.
If you're checking baggage or arriving internationally, we suggest another 30 minutes for both delivery and return!
The earliest we can deliver or retrieve your car is at 7 AM and the latest is at 9:30 PM.
Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed for any reason:
Up until 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time, you can edit your trip in the app as needed.
If your flight is delayed within 2 hours of your scheduled delivery time, please reach out to support via the in-app chat or text. We will do our best to accommodate delivery and return times.
