Kyte Customer Support

Want to know who's bringing you your Kyte? You can easily find your Surfer's information and track their progress in the Kyte app. Here's how:

Open the Kyte App: Launch the Kyte app (available on <a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/drive-kyte/id1456424048" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">iOS</a> or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.umi.kyte&amp;gl=US" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Android</a>) on your smartphone and sign in.

Tap on "Trips": This will show you all your current and past rentals.

Select Your Ongoing Trip: Tap on the active trip you're waiting for.

View Surfer Details: You'll find a section with your Surfer's information, including:

- Live Location: See their real-time location on a map.
- Updated ETA: Know when they're expected to arrive.
- Contact Options: Call or message your Surfer directly through the app.
- Car Details: View the make, model, color, and license plate of your Kyte.

1. 4. View Surfer Details: You'll find a section with your Surfer's information, including:
 - Live Location: See their real-time location on a map.
 - Updated ETA: Know when they're expected to arrive.
 - Contact Options: Call or message your Surfer directly through the app.
 - Car Details: View the make, model, color, and license plate of your Kyte.

Note: Your Surfer's information will become available in the app as soon as they're on their way.
