Can I purchase coverage from Kyte after I've booked my trip?

Decided you want to add insurance coverage to your upcoming Kyte rental? No problem! You can easily do it right within the Kyte app.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Kyte App: Launch the app on your smartphone (download here).

  2. Select Your Trip: Tap on the upcoming trip you want to add coverage to.

  3. Scroll to "Coverage": Find the "Coverage" section in your trip details.

  4. Tap "Protect Your Trip": This will take you to our coverage options.

  5. Choose Your Coverage: Select the coverage bundle that best suit your needs.

  6. Review and Confirm: Check the total on the checkout page. Tap the information button for a detailed breakdown of charges.

  7. Finalize Your Purchase: Tap "Confirm & Pay" to add the coverage to your trip.

Important Notes:

  • Changing Coverage: To change your coverage after purchase, you'll need to chat with one of our live representatives in the app.

  • After Receiving the Car: Due to insurance regulations, we cannot add or remove coverage once you've received the car and signed the rental agreement.
