Can I contact my Kyte Surfer?

Want to get in touch with your Kyte Surfer? It's easy โ€“ you can contact them directly through the Kyte app.

How do I contact my Surfer?

  1. Open the Kyte App: Launch the app on your phone (download here.)

  2. Go to "Trips": Tap the "Trips" tab.

  3. Select Your Active Trip: Tap on the active trip where you're expecting a delivery or return.

  4. Tap the Contact Icon: Once your Surfer is on their way, a contact icon will appear in your trip details. Tap it to call or message your Surfer.

When can I contact my Surfer?

The contact feature is available during these windows:

  • Delivery: From the time your Surfer starts heading to your delivery location until the delivery is complete.

  • Return: From the time before they arrive at your return location until the return is finalized.

Outside of these windows, the contact feature will be unavailable.

Why can't I contact my Surfer?

If you're having trouble contacting your Surfer, please check the following:

  • US Phone Number: The call feature is currently available for U.S. phone numbers only.

  • Check Your Phone Number: Make sure the phone number you used to book your Kyte trip matches the number on your device.

  • Update Your Number (If Needed):

    1. Open the Kyte app.

    2. Go to "Settings".

    3. Tap "Profile".

    4. Update the "Phone" field.

    5. Save your changes.
