Can I return my Kyte at a different location than my delivery?

Kyte understands that your plans can change. You can absolutely return your car to a different location than where it was delivered, as long as both addresses are within our service areas. Here's how it works:

During Booking

  • You can select different delivery and return addresses directly on the Kyte app or website.

One-Way Fees: If your chosen delivery and return locations are in different markets or service areas, a one-way fee may apply. This fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.

After Booking

  • If you need to change your return location:

    1. Go to "Trips": Find the trip you want to modify.

    2. Tap "Edit": This is located in the "Where & When" section of your trip details.

    3. Make Changes: Update your dates, times, or delivery/pickup address as needed.

    4. Confirm & Pay: Tap the green "Confirm & Pay" button to finalize your changes.

If you've already booked your trip and want to change it to a one-way trip, please contact us for assistance.
