Can I return my Kyte earlier than planned?

Need to return your Kyte rental car sooner than expected? You absolutely can! Simply modify your reservation at least 2 hours in advance to give us time to prepare.

How do I update my return time?

  1. Sign In: Log into your Kyte account on the Kyte app (available on iOS or Android) or website.

  2. Go to "Trips": Find the trip you want to modify.

  3. Tap "Edit": This is located in the "Where & When" section of your trip details.

  4. Update Return Time: Adjust the return time and date to your desired time.

  5. Confirm & Pay: Tap the green "Confirm & Pay" button to finalize your changes.

What about my refund?

You'll receive a refund for any difference in the rental cost:

  • 48+ Hours Before Delivery: If you shorten your trip more than 48 hours before the original delivery time, you'll receive a full refund for the unused days, credited back to your original payment method.

  • Within 48 Hours or During Trip: If you shorten your trip within 48 hours of delivery or during your ongoing trip, you'll receive a refund in the form of Kyte Credits, which can be used towards fuel/toll charges or future rentals.
