Why was my verification declined?
The most likely reason is that you didn't meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms of Service, specifically in Section 2: USING THE KYTE SERVICES; ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION. Please visit the above link for a detailed overview of our eligibility requirements.
What happens to my refund?
If your trip is canceled due to not meeting eligibility requirements, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Can I retry verification?
Unfortunately, we cannot reverse a verification decline.
Please Note: Declines are not due to document submission errors or issues with the identification itself. Factors like international identification or different languages don't result in declines.
