Pick Up Your Car Rental at Our Lot
When you reserve a rental through Kyte, your designated "Kyte Surfer" will ensure your vehicle is fully prepared - from cleanliness to rental readiness. To streamline this procedure, it's essential to make the necessary preparations using the Kyte app. Ensure you verify your driver's license, and if there are additional drivers, add their information at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival. Once you're on-site, the process simply involves picking up your car hassle-free.
You Will Have a 2-Hour Pickup Window
Enjoy the convenience of a 2-hour pickup window, offering you valuable flexibility. Your scheduled start time marks the beginning of this period. To ensure a seamless handover, please adjust your booking time via the Kyte app for free if you anticipate arriving earlier or later than scheduled. Please note that if the pickup exceeds a 2-hour delay, a late fee of $25 will be applied to your booking.
The Handover
Upon your arrival at our lot, your Surfer will take photos of your rental and verify your driver's license. The final step before the handover of keys is for you to sign the rental agreement. Yep... that’s really it - you're good to go!
Grace Period for Returns
Our lot is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. We offer a 2-hour grace period on your scheduled return day, as long as it's within our operating hours. This means that your pickup/return time starts at your scheduled booking time. However, this grace period does not extend past 10 PM. If you arrive after 10 PM, we'll have to process your return the following operational day. Please keep in mind that arriving after our operating hours and extending beyond your booked period may result in an additional day’s charge.
