Open hours: 7 AM - 10 PM
1. Enter through Waterfront Terrace.
2. Enter the parking lot via the second door.
3. Walk straight ahead to the other side of the parking lot.
4. On your right, find the ground floor elevators. Take the elevator "B" to the 4th floor.
5. Check in at the Kyte sign
Proceed to your left when exiting the elevator and find the Kyte check-in sign. Scan the QR code to check in via the app. Once you check in, we'll come out and meet you with your car.
Returning Your Kyte
Please return your Kyte directly to our Jersey City lot at 1200 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken, NJ 07086. It's located just behind the building where you picked up your car.
1. Enter the ramp and go past the first entrance to the lot.
2. Make a slight left and keep going until you can turn right into the garage.
3. Grab a parking ticket and put it on your dashboard.
4. Drive up to the top of the next level in the garage.
5. At the end of the driving path, turn right and follow the Kyte signage.
6. Park in any available space marked with Kyte signage. Find the green Kyte sign and scan the QR code to check in via the app. Our staff will be notified and we will come meet you to collect the keys.
How Self Pick-up Works
Check-in via the Kyte app
You'll need the Kyte app to check in when you arrive at our lot. The app also lets you add additional drivers, manage your trip details, and handle other booking needs.

Important: Before you can pick up your car, you must complete account verification and have a deposit method on file. If you booked through Expedia or another partner site, you'll still need to:
Log into the Kyte app
Complete account verification requirements
Add a payment method for the required deposit
Pick-up timing and flexibility
Your pick-up window: You have 2 hours after your scheduled start time to collect your car.
Need to arrive early or late? You can adjust your start time through the Kyte app, but you must make changes at least 2 hours before your original scheduled time.
Late pick-up fee: If you arrive more than 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time, a $25 late fee will be added to your booking.
What happens when you arrive
When you get to the lot, here's what to expect:
Vehicle inspection: Your Kyte Surfer will take photos of your car to document its condition
ID verification: We'll verify your driver's license matches your booking
Sign and go: Once you sign the rental agreement, you'll receive your keys and you're ready to drive
Returning your car
Lot hours: Our lot operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Return window: You have 2 hours after your scheduled return time to drop off your car, as long as you arrive before 10:00 PM.
After-hours returns: If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we cannot process your return that day. You'll need to return the car the following day during lot hours, which may result in an additional day's rental charge.
