Open hours: 7 am - 10 pm
1. Enter through Waterfront Terrace.
2. Enter the parking lot via the second door.
3. Walk straight ahead to the other side of the parking lot.
4. On your right, find the ground floor elevators. Take the elevator "B" to the 4th floor.
5. Check in at the Kyte sign
Proceed to your left when exiting the elevator and find the Kyte check-in sign. Scan the QR code to check in via the app. Once you check in, we'll come out and meet you with your car.
Returning Your Kyte
Please return your Kyte directly to our Jersey City lot at 1200 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken, NJ 07086. It's located just behind the building where you picked up your car.
1. Enter the ramp and go past the first entrance to the lot.
2. Make a slight left and keep going until you can turn right into the garage.
3. Grab a parking ticket and put it on your dashboard.
4. Drive up to the top of the next level in the garage.
5. At the end of the driving path, turn right and follow the Kyte signage.
6. Park in any available space marked with Kyte signage. Find the green Kyte sign and scan the QR code to check in via the app. Our staff will be notified and we will come meet you to collect the keys.
How it works
Check-in via the app
Make sure you've downloaded the Kyte app; you'll need it to check in when you arrive. There's a lot more you can do in the app, like add additional drivers and manage your trip, so go ahead and download it here if you haven't already done so.
Pick-up window
You'll have 2 hours after your scheduled start time to pick up your car. If you're running early or late for your pick-up, please edit your start time via the Kyte app at least 2 hours before your start time. Please note that if you arrive later than 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up, a late fee of $25 will be applied to your booking.
Getting your keys
When you arrive at the lot, your Surfer will take photos of your car and verify your driver's license. Once you sign the rental agreement, you're good to go!
Return window
Our lot operates from 7 AM to 10 PM. You have a 2-hour window after your scheduled return time to drop off your car, as long as it's within these hours. If you arrive after 10 PM, we won't be able to process the return, and you'll need to return the car the following day. This may result in an additional day's charge.
