Edit Your Trip: If possible, update your return time in the Kyte app or website. This will help us avoid scheduling conflicts and potential additional charges.
Contact Us: If you are unable to edit your trip or miss your return window, please contact us through the Kyte app as soon as possible.

Is there a grace period?
You have a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled return time.
Are there any additional charges?
Missing your scheduled return time without prior notice may result in additional charges to cover:
Extension Fees: These fees cover the extended rental period.
Late Fees: For returns outside the scheduled window, a late fee may apply.
Rescheduling Fees: If your missed return requires us to reschedule it, a rescheduling fee may apply.
