Can someone else receive or pickup my Kyte?
For security and verification purposes, only the primary driver (the person who booked the Kyte) can be present for the initial delivery or self-pickup at one of our lots. We cannot hand over the car keys to anyone else.
Can someone else return my Kyte?
Yes! While only the primary driver can receive the car, you can designate an additional driver to return the Kyte at the end of your trip.
