Want to share the driving experience with friends or family? Here's how to add additional drivers to your Kyte reservation:
Verification Requirements
All additional drivers must meet Kyte's age requirements to be added to your booking.
All additional drivers must be added and verified up to 2 hours before the trip begins.
A few friendly reminders:
Only the primary driver (the person who booked the trip) can pick up the car.
Additional drivers do not need to be present at the time of delivery.
Additional drivers are not confirmed until their accounts are verified.
Adding Another Driver
Sign in: Log into your Kyte account.
Go to "Trips": Select the trip you want to add a driver to.
Scroll to "Drivers": Tap "Add driver."
Agree to terms: Review and accept the additional driver terms.
Create a shareable link: Tap the green "Create a shareable link" button.
Share the link: Tap "Share link" to send it directly to your friend or copy the link to send it via your preferred messaging app.
Accepting an Additional Driver Invitation
Create an account: If you don't have one, create a Kyte account and sign in.
Open the invite link: Access the link sent by the primary driver.
Accept terms and conditions: Read and accept the terms.
Verify your account:
Open the Kyte app.
Go to "Trips" and tap on the "Shared Trips" tab.
Tap on the upcoming trip.
Tap the green "Add your ID" button.
Follow the instructions to submit your verification documents (license photos and selfie).
Removing a Guest Driver
Open the Kyte App: Go to the "Trips" tab.
Select the Trip: Tap on the upcoming trip you want to update.
Manage Drivers: Scroll to the "Drivers" section and tap "Manage Drivers."
Remove Driver: Tap the "x" next to the driver you want to remove and confirm.
Withdrawing from a Trip (As a Guest Driver)
Open the Kyte App: Go to the "Trips" tab.
Shared Trips: Tap on "Shared Trips."
Select the Trip: Tap on the trip you want to withdraw from.
Withdraw: Scroll down and tap "Withdraw" to confirm.
