Do I still pay for accidents even with Kyte coverage?
Yes, there are certain costs you'll be responsible for even with Kyte coverage, but we aim to make the process as painless as possible.
What is Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?
Your Responsibility: With CDW, you're responsible for the first $500 of any damage incurred in an accident. This is known as your deductible.
Kyte's Coverage: After you've paid the $500 deductible, Kyte covers the remaining costs of repairing the damage to the car, up to a limit of $30,000 per incident.
Primary Coverage: The CDW steps in first, meaning we won’t involve your personal insurance for any costs beyond your $500 deductible.
How does CDW work?
Primary Coverage: The CDW steps in first, meaning we won’t involve your personal insurance for any costs beyond your $500 deductible.
Third-Party Recovery: If there's another party involved, we'll make every effort to recover costs from them.
What is not covered by CDW?
The CDW does not cover mechanical issues caused by misuse of the vehicle.
