How does the deductible work?
Updated over a week ago

Accidents happen, and it's important to understand how the deductible works with Kyte's Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):

What is a deductible?

The deductible is the amount of money you're responsible for paying out of pocket if your Kyte car is damaged.

How much is the Kyte deductible?

Kyte's CDW has a deductible of up to $500. This means:

  • Your Responsibility: If your Kyte is damaged, you'll pay up to $500 for repairs.

  • Kyte Covers the Rest: Kyte will cover any remaining repair costs beyond the $500 deductible.

How will I be billed?

Our Claims Team will contact you to arrange payment of your deductible during the claims process. If the repair costs are less than $500, we'll refund the difference to you.

How long will repairs take?

The time it takes to repair your Kyte after an accident can vary depending on the extent of the damage. It can take up to 90 days for repairs to be completed. We appreciate your patience during this process.

We want your Kyte experience to be as smooth as possible, even in the event of an accident. If you have any questions about deductibles or the claims process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
