Options to Retrieve Your Keys
Contact a Locksmith: Your first step is to call a locksmith. They can help you unlock your car or provide a replacement key.
Kyte Roadside Assistance: For quick and convenient assistance, you can contact our roadside assistance partner, Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), directly through the Kyte app. They can help you connect with a locksmith.
Choose a Local Locksmith: If you prefer, feel free to find and contact a local locksmith on your own.
Important Note: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of any locksmith services, including unlocking your car or getting a replacement key.
If Rekeying is Not Possible
Dealership Visit: In some cases, a locksmith may not be able to rekey your Kyte. You'll need to have the car towed to a dealership to get a new key.
