Do you have a flat tire, a damaged window, or are you facing a break-in? Don't worry—we're here to help you through it.

What To Do:

  1. Stay Safe: If you're in immediate danger, call 911 for assistance.

  2. Document the Incident: If possible, take photos of the damage and note the time and location of the incident.

  3. Contact Us: Inform us about the situation as soon as possible so we can help you assess the best course of action.

Need a Tow?

  • Roadside Assistance: Kyte partners with Nation Safe Drivers (NSD) to provide 24/7 roadside assistance. For more details, please check: Does Kyte offer roadside assistance? How do I access it?

    • With Coverage: We'll cover the cost if you have Roadside Assistance Coverage.

    • Without Coverage: You'll be responsible for towing costs, but we can help coordinate the process.

Damage Coverage:

  • If you have Kyte's Damage Coverage: This covers damage to the car's body up to $30,000 per incident (after a $500 deductible). Note that it doesn't cover mechanical issues caused by misuse.

  • If you don't have Kyte's Damage Coverage: You'll be responsible for repair costs. We recommend contacting your own insurance provider.

  • Repair Options: You can reach out to your insurance provider or a local mechanic for any repairs. Or, if you need assistance, we're here to help you find a suitable repair shop.
