How can I change my payment method / card?

Need to update the card associated with your Kyte account? It's simple to do within the Kyte app (available on iOS or Android).

Updating Your Card for Future Charges

You can easily change your payment method for future charges like extensions,

tolls, citations, or other trip-related expenses. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the Kyte App: Launch the app and log in to your account.

  2. Tap "Settings": Locate and tap on the "Settings" option in the app menu.

  3. Go to "Saved payment methods": This section will display your current payment methods.

  4. Add or Remove Cards:

    • To add a new card, tap "Add payment method."

    • To delete an existing card, tap the trash icon next to the card and confirm deletion.

Important Note: You must have at least one active payment method on file at all times.

Can I change the card used for a booked trip?

For existing trips: We cannot change the card used for a booked trip. If you need to use a different card, you'll have to cancel the existing trip and rebook with your preferred card.
