Is cleaning required before returning my Kyte?
There's no need to clean your Kyte if it's just normal wear and tear! We expect the car to be used and will take care of standard cleaning after your trip.
When might a cleaning fee apply?
A cleaning fee may be charged in the following situations:
Excessive Dirt or Trash: If the car is left excessively dirty with significant amounts of trash or debris.
Stains: If there are stains on the carpeting, upholstery, or other interior surfaces that require special cleaning.
Bodily Fluids: If there are bodily fluids in the car.
Pet Hair: If there is an excessive amount of pet hair left behind.
Cleaning fees can range up to $300 depending on the extent of the cleaning required.
What about smoking?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Kyte vehicles. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be applied if any evidence of smoking is detected in the car at the end of your trip.
