Kyte's delivery service makes getting a car convenient and hassle-free. Here's how it works:

Pre-Delivery

  • Surfer Selection: A Kyte Surfer will be assigned to deliver your cleaned car to your chosen address.

  • Arrival Window: While we strive for punctuality, please allow a 15-minute window before and after your scheduled delivery time.

  • Live Tracking: You can track your Surfer's estimated time of arrival and real-time location through the Kyte app. You'll also find details about your car's make, model, color, and license plate.

  • Communication: Need to get in touch? You can message your Surfer directly through the app.

The Handover

  • Car Inspection & Verification: Your Surfer will take photos of the car's condition and verify your driver's license.

  • Rental Agreement: Before handing over the keys, you'll need to sign the rental agreement.

Post Delivery

  • Feedback & Tips: Your feedback is valuable! Please share your experience and consider leaving a tip for your Surfer if you were happy with the delivery. Any tip you give goes directly to your Surfer.

Friendly Reminders:

  • Our Surfers typically only wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled time before they may need to depart for their next trip. Please be prepared for a prompt handover!

  • You'll need to present your physical driver's license (digital copies are not accepted).

  • Download the Kyte app (available on iOS or Android) to track your delivery and communicate with your Surfer.
