Need to cancel your Kyte reservation? No problem! Here's how our policy works:

Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

  • 48+ Hours Before Delivery: Full refund to your original payment method.

  • Within 48 Hours of Delivery: Full refund in Kyte credits, usable for future rentals or toll/fuel charges.

  • Within 24 Hours of Delivery: Full refund in Kyte credits, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel:

On the Kyte Website

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click "Trips" in the top right corner.

  3. Select the trip you want to cancel.

  4. Click "Cancel my trip."

  5. Confirm cancellation by tapping "No, cancel my trip."

  6. Provide a reason for cancellation and click "Next."

  7. Choose your refund option.

  8. Click "Confirm" to complete the cancellation.

On the Kyte App

  1. Open the app and tap "Trips."

  2. Tap on the trip you want to cancel.

  3. Scroll down and tap "Cancel reservation."

  4. Confirm cancellation by tapping "No, cancel my trip."

  5. Provide a reason for cancellation and tap "Next."

  6. Choose your refund option.

  7. Tap "Confirm" to complete the cancellation.
