Return instructions
1. Enter the garage.
Scan the QR code on the car's keychain under the bottom left of the entrance machine. Do not pull a ticket.
If you have trouble with the QR code, press the help button and give the QR code number to LAZ Parking for assistance. They will let you through without charge.
2. Drive to the 6th floor.
3. Park the car in the same spot where you originally picked it up.
4. Find the green Kyte sign and scan the QR code to check in via the app. Our staff will be notified and we will come meet you to collect the keys.
Returning your car
Lot hours: Our lot operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Return window: You have 2 hours after your scheduled return time to drop off your car, as long as you arrive before 10:00 PM.
