We partner with a third-party roadside assistance provider, which provides services to Kyte users at a discounted rate. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays and include:

- Fluid/Liquid Delivery in case you run out of fuel/liquids
- Jump Start Service in case you run out of battery
- Lockout Services in case you locked the key in the car
- Tire Replacement in case you have a flat tire and a spare tire
- Towing Service

At the end of each month, you'll receive a bill for all associated charges, unless you've already taken care of it by booking our Roadside Assistance Coverage option.

All services are provided on a sign & drive basis. Be ready to give out your vehicle identification number, VIN, to validate service (you can find this number on the first page of your rental agreement). Lastly, your member number is the last 8 digits of the VIN.

Note that if the service requires fluids or parts, you will be required to provide a payment method on the spot. All other services will be billed separately!
