Promo codes can be applied through the Kyte app or on our website. Please note that they can only be applied before or during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once your booking has been confirmed.
On the Website
Go to kyte.com, enter your address, select your dates and times, and choose your Kyte and any add-ons like insurance or unlimited mileage.
Once you reach the checkout page, scroll to the bottom and click on 'Add promo code.'
Enter your code and click on 'Apply promo code.' (Remember to check the spelling, spaces, and letter case!)
After you follow these steps, you’ll see if the code is valid for your booking and the updated amount after the discount.
On the Kyte App
Open the Kyte app, select your dates and times, and choose your Kyte and any add-ons like insurance or unlimited mileage.
Scroll to the bottom, tap 'Total Price' to get the price breakdown, and click on Add promo code.
Enter your code and click on 'Apply promo code'. (Remember to check the spelling, spaces, and letter case!)
After you follow these steps, you’ll see if the code is valid for your booking and the updated amount after the discount.
Important Note: Promo codes cannot be applied to extensions, insurance, tolls, or fuel.
Can I add a promo code when extending my Kyte trip?
Promo codes cannot be used when extending an existing trip.
When you can use promo codes:
During initial booking before checkout
While checking out for a new reservation
When promo codes cannot be used:
During a trip extension
After a booking is confirmed
Retroactively on existing reservations
If you have a promo code, you must apply it during the initial booking process to receive the discount.
