As the driver of the Kyte vehicle, you are fully responsible for any tickets or citations incurred during your rental period.
What if I receive a physical ticket?
If you receive a physical ticket, we strongly recommend paying it immediately to avoid any late fees or penalties.
What if I want to pay for a ticket myself or dispute a ticket?
If you’d like to pay for a ticket yourself or dispute it, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to alert our vendor and potentially pause the automatic payment. However, if we receive notice from the tolling authority before you notify us, we’ll need to process the payment right away.
What if Kyte receives a notification about an unpaid ticket or citation?
If we are notified by the issuing authority about an unpaid ticket or citation during your trip, we will promptly process the payment on your behalf and charge the cost to your card on file.
What are the administrative fees for ticket processing?
We've recently adjusted our fee structure to maintain our high-quality service while keeping costs competitive. Our administrative fees are structured based on the citation amount:
