Who is responsible for tickets and citations?

As the driver of the Kyte vehicle, you are fully responsible for any tickets or citations incurred during your rental period.

What if I receive a physical ticket?

If you receive a physical ticket, we strongly recommend paying it immediately to avoid any late fees or penalties.

What if Kyte receives a notification about an unpaid ticket or citation?

If we are notified by the issuing authority about an unpaid ticket or citation during your trip, we will promptly process the payment on your behalf and charge the cost to your card on file.

Is there an administrative fee for Kyte processing a ticket or citation?

Yes, there is a $35 administrative fee added to the cost of the ticket or citation if Kyte processes the payment on your behalf.
