Want to upgrade your ride? You can easily change your car class directly through the Kyte app!
Upgrading Your Car:
Go to "Trips": Tap on the "Trips" tab to view your upcoming trips.
Select Your Trip: Choose the upcoming trip you want to upgrade.
Tap "Upgrade Vehicle Class": This option will appear on the trip details screen.
Choose Your Upgrade: Select your desired vehicle class from the available options. You'll see the additional cost (before taxes) for the upgrade.
Review Total Cost: The updated total cost will be displayed under "Total due." For a detailed breakdown, tap the information button next to it.
Confirm & Pay: Tap the green "Confirm & Pay" button to finalize your upgrade.
Enjoy Your Upgraded Kyte! You'll receive a confirmation email once your upgrade is complete.
Important Notes:
Upgrade Deadline: Upgrades can only be made up to 2 hours before your trip's scheduled start time.
Upgrades Only: If you want to switch to a lower car class, you'll need to cancel your current booking and rebook with the desired class.
Car Availability: Upgrade options are subject to vehicle availability.
