Pickup & Return Tips
For pickup, we suggest giving yourself at least 45 min between your flight arrival time and your Kyte delivery time.
For your return, we suggest giving yourself 2.5 hours between your Kyte return time and your flight departure time.
If you're checking baggage or arriving internationally, we suggest another 30 minutes for both delivery and return!
We are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. The earliest we can deliver or retrieve your car is at 7 AM and the latest is at 9:30 PM.
Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed for any reason, please make sure to update your pickup time in the Kyte App. If you need help, please reach out to support via the in-app chat or text.
